Things Food Blogger Regina Can’t Live Without

Raised in Hong Kong, Regina is a recipe and food blogger currently living in Vancouver. She has a blog with plenty of unique recipes, as well as social media pages that invite you to dive with her into a world of culinary experiences. A food enthusiast at heart, Regina loves to try different foods from local restaurants, coffee shops, and food festivals.

But if you’re feeling hungry, I have bad news for you. Regina’s Instagram feed is mouthwatering. It highlights her personal food adventures, from the best to the not-so-good culinary experiences, all told through gorgeous pictures, videos, and honest reviews.

For our chat with her, we wanted to find out what are the tools that help her get the most out of being both a food enthusiast and influencer. And of course, we asked for a recipe!

Do you have any tasty, easy recipes for us?

One of my favourite tasty and easy recipes for my reader is the easy cured rice using solely the Panasonic Rice Cooker SR-JMY188.

Instructions

  • The night before, wash the dried shiitake mushrooms. Soak them in water overnight.

Which products do you always bring inside your handbag?

Province en Couleur Lavender Hand Sanitizer

Currently, I would never forget my hand sanitizer and my phone in my handbag.

It has a natural and beautiful lavender aroma, and it is pocket size so I can carry it around.

Otherwise, it will be my card holder from Kate Spade that can hold my compass and credit cards.

Which camera or cellphone do you use to get these high-quality images?

I use a Sony A6400 and iPhone 13 for photos and videos.

If I had to chose one product, it would be my iPhone 13. There are way too many memories and photos in my phone, and I am a heavy social media user which makes it hard for me to leave my phone.

What is your main tip to keep hair always good-looking?

I enjoy using the Aveda Shampure shampoo and conditioner.

They carry all-natural products and it’s great for me who has a eczema on my scalp.
